The NCB Youth Leadership Program is a 6 month program aiming to teach and develop young leaders in our NCB community. This initiative offers hands-on experience in coaching, officiating, competition operations and event management. Individuals will develop necessary leadership and communication skills through mentoring from our experienced coaches and officials. This program can lead to paid opportunities in reffing, coaching, competition operations and development programs. This is a unique opportunity to build skills, give back to the game, and shape future career pathways in basketball.
