Rise and Grind offers an unparalleled opportunity for aspiring athletes to elevate their individual and team game, and transform into elite basketball players. This is a 9 week program that is delivered in the mornings before school.

Time: 6:30am - 7:30am

Tuesdays = Coffs Harbour (Sportz Central)
Wednesdays = Woolgoolga (Wiigulga Sports Complex)
Fridays = Woolgoolga Warehouse 3/3 Tonnage Place

Tuesday
Start – Tuesday 29th July
Finish – Tuesday 23rd September

Wednesday
Start – Wednesday 30th July
Finish – Wednesday 24th September

Friday
Start - Friday 1st August
Finish - Friday 26th September

Our fun and transformative hoops and fitness training sessions are designed to empower participants with a holistic approach to basketball skill development and physical conditioning. Through these sessions, athletes hone their fundamental basketball techniques and delve into the intricate nuances of footwork, body positioning, defence framework and physical conditioning.

"Rise and Grind" is more than just basketball training and coaching; it's a developmental experience that elevates an individual's playing ability and fosters unity within the team.

Join us on a Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday mornings where we strive to make every player their best as individuals and invaluable team members.
